OK - I've got my 3 in 2010

I'm sorry to say that Mark's Aunt Angela passed away on Saturday.  I'm averaging one funeral a month so far this year.  I'm hoping that since they say deaths come in threes, I'm hoping I'm good for the rest of the year. 

Dylan - winter fun

Dylan is quite the little talker these days.  He's got a vocabulary of around 50-75 words and is on track for his age.  Some of my favorites are: chocolate, peek-a-boo, bubba, Chuck E Cheese, and Blarney which just comes out Arney.  He calls Mark March. I also love when Stan goes outside, Dylan says "he poop"

His favorite word I think (besides Daddy Mama and Nin which is his name for me) is CAT. 

What's been happening

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately.  My life has been crazy.  I honestly don't know what I do with all my time, I don't have kids so where does it all go?

Got together with Denise, Marie, and Crystal and went to Melting Pot for their girls spa night.  That was fun - I love hanging out with those guys.

Took Dylan to Chuck E Cheese with Crystal, Peyton, and Gracie.  I thought his little head was going to explode right then and there!  He was totally overwhelmed with everything.  He saw Peyton putting money into the games, so he asked me for some money.  He was so overwhelmed with the games, he'd put in his token and then take off.  He was buying rides for little girls too.  So cute.  Finally, I just kept the money and he "played" the games without money.  He didn't really know they were off, since he only stood there for about 10 seconds before running to the next game.  He was very intrigued with the life size Chuck E Cheese.  However, when I brought him closer - he was terrified.  I think I'll take him back often, he had a blast and the best part...he was super tired afterward!

The new season of 24 is pretty good, not as good as the first few seasons, but better than last season. 
I can't wait for the new Tori & Dean (April 5th!).  I also watched Carney Wilson's reality show, it was ok.  I'm okay with Izzie being off Grey's, she got kind of annoying anyway.  The Deep End is a pretty good show, I hope it gets picked up for another season.  THE HOUSEWIVES are awesome.  I love Thursday TV night with Marie! 

I'm starting spring clean up in the yard.  I raked out the front and cleaned out the gunk from all the front beds.  I filled 3 black contractor drum liners with crap.  Where does all that gunk come from?  The backyard will be worse, way more grass and beds back there. 

Health Care Reform...maybe I won't go there.

So happy that Marie is preggers and having a boy!!!!!!!!! 

Booked a cruise to Canada / New England for September.  Going with Laura/Jeff/Dylan and mom/dad to celebrate their 60th birthdays.  I can't believe my parents are that old.  When I'm referring to someone OLD - I say they are 60.  I guess I better up that by about 10 years. 

Blarney recovered completely from his surgery and the lumps they removed weren't cancer. 

Got to meet my friend Neeley's baby girl - so precious! 

I think that's about it.  See, this is why I don't blog that often..nothing worth mentioning happens in my life.  I'm going to try to take a cue from CB and just post more random type stuff on her blog about me, not necessarily about what I'm doing.  I love her new blog!!

Yes, I voted for Kate 76 times (I did vote for Pamela Anderson once).  I know I'm a dork.  I don't know why people hate her?  If her ahole ex-husband didn't act like a child, maybe he wouldn't have been treated like one.

INSTALLING A HUSBAND

Dear Tech Support,

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0..

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NBA 5..0, NFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs 4.1.  Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.

Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.  What can I do?

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html, try to download Tears 6.2, and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update.

If those applications work as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to
Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0, or Beer 6.1. Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances installMother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)

In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall theBoyfriend 5.0-program. This is an unsupported application and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance.  We recommend Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.

(8) Whatever: Is a woman's way of saying F-- YOU!
(9) Don't worry about it, I'll do it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.
